Rebecca Tatem Long focuses her practice on workplace dispute resolution and employment litigation. She represents employees in claims for wage and hour violations, discrimination, unlawful retaliation, wrongful termination, and other illegal workplace conduct. She also defends employers facing these claims, and provides thoughtful advice and counseling in order to proactively identify workplace risks and prevent costly litigation.

Rebecca appears in matters before the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Additionally, Rebecca has worked as a hearings officer for the Department of Unemployment Assistance and is very well-versed in advising employers and employees in connection with unemployment benefits appeal hearings.

Clients enjoy working with Rebecca because she is compassionate and personable, while being intensely committed to utilizing her extensive knowledge of employment law to aggressively pursue the desired goals.
