Jeff has broad experience as a civil litigator, and focuses his practice on insurance defense and subrogation, employment law, and personal injury matters. He started his legal career as the judicial clerk for the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas in Delaware. Since he moved to Massachusetts in 2009, he has devoted his law practice to civil litigation.  He has handled matters in small claims court, state district court, superior court, and federal court.

While his strengths and experience have prepared him to litigate when necessary, Jeff also focuses on resolving disputes out of the courtroom through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.  Throughout his legal career, Jeff has worked closely with clients in order to tailor his representation to their goals and needs.
